Privacy Policy

This policy explains how TOAN PHAT CERAMIC CO., LTD (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, retains and deletes data when you message or comment on our Facebook Page and are answered by our automated chatbot assistant (the “Service”, Meta app “Toan Phat Chatbot”).

1. Information We Collect

Message content you send to the Page via Messenger (text, images, attachments).
Your Messenger identifier (Page-scoped ID) and display name, as delivered by Facebook with your message or comment.
Comments you leave on the Page's posts, with the comment ID.
Information you choose to provide in the conversation, such as phone number, location, product needs.
Ad referral information (ad ID) if you started the conversation from one of our ads.
We do NOT collect passwords, card/bank details or sensitive personal data.

2. How We Use the Information

To automatically reply to messages and advise on ceramic tile products (sizes, prices, stock).
To publicly reply to comments asking about products, and to send one private message to the commenter to continue advising.
To pass your request (including your phone number, if provided) to our sales staff for a call back or quotation.
To remember earlier messages in the conversation so replies stay in context.

We do not use your data for third-party advertising and we do not sell your data.

3. Sharing

We share data only with the following service providers, and only to operate the Service:

Otherwise we disclose data only when required by Vietnamese law.

4. Storage, Retention and Security

Data is stored on our servers and those of the providers listed in section 3.
Technical logs of each message processing run are deleted automatically after about 7 days.
Conversation history and contact details are kept for at most 24 months after your last contact with us, then deleted.
Data is protected by access control (only staff who need it can see it) and encrypted connections (HTTPS).

5. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. See our Data Deletion Instructions. In short: email nguyenvantoan.huongtai.co@gmail.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request” and your Facebook name (and the phone number you gave us, if any). We delete your data within 30 days and confirm to you when done. You can also block the Page or remove the app in your Facebook settings to stop receiving messages.

6. Children

The Service is not directed to persons under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. The new version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
